Batix has invested heavily in equipment in order to carry out its projects in the best possible technical conditions and within the shortest deadlines. As a result, the following equipment has been purchased:

Batix owns :

• A concrete batching plant called Elkonmix-135 Quick Master with a capacity of 135 cubic meters per hour and equipped with a twinshaft mixer that provides a perfect mixture of concrete with an automatic loading system of aggregate hoppers.
• A second concrete plant called Elkonmix 60 with a capacity of 60 cubic meters per hour. It is also equipped with a twinshaft mixer that ensures perfect mixing of the concrete. Each of these plants can handle about 100 concrete batches.

Batix owns :

Batix has invested in a fleet of ten 12-cubic-meter truck mixers to transport the concrete from the production site to the various construction sites.

Batix owns :

Batix owns a concrete pump truck of 37 meters height. This truck is completed by stationary pumps from 60 to 100M3/H which can project concrete up to 100 meters high. These pumps are made by Putzmeister, the reference in the field.

Batix owns

Batix also has its own concrete blocks plant. This QUADRA 6 brand unit́, one of the most famous in the world, is a completely automatic unit. It has a capacity of 20,000 blocks per eight-hour. This unit́ allows Batix to produce its own concrete block and thus keeps a full control on quality.

Batix owns its own cranes of Potain brand, the world reference. The company installs at least one crane on each site. For the proper operation of this fleet of tower cranes, BATIX has a team of technicians who provide both preventive maintenance and repairs. Moreover, BATIX has in stock most of the usual parts but also the basic parts for a quick repair when needed.

has about twenty large-capacity concrete mixing Piccinni BIO 800 machines. The company is installing them on each of its construction sites to make concrete for columns and beams.
